1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pko9 ("pko9," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the pko9 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at pko9.com and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a pko9 account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain a pko9 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing online gambling and casino-style games.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of each gaming session.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by pko9 or by any regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active pko9 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If pko9 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses or winnings derived from duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. pko9 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pko9 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs). You must not share your credentials with any third party. pko9 will never ask for your password via any channel. You must notify pko9 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

pko9 is required to verify the identity of all players in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pko9 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). pko9 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is stated on the pko9 deposit page and may vary by payment method. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited to your account.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

pko9 does not accept deposits from payment accounts that are not registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account will be returned and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.4 Deposit Processing

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your pko9 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to process, depending on the sending bank. pko9 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the payment method used for your most recent deposit, where applicable. You must have completed identity verification (KYC) before your first withdrawal can be processed.

5.2 Processing Times

pko9 aims to process withdrawal requests within the following timeframes: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes, 24 hours a day. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are stated on the pko9 withdrawal page. pko9 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

5.4 Bonus Funds

Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Real-money funds deposited by the player are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to identity verification requirements.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by pko9 are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, eligible games, and time limit for each bonus are stated in the promotion terms. Bets placed on games with a contribution rate of less than 100% will contribute proportionally to the wagering requirement.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

pko9 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably suspects that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

6.4 Promotion Modifications

pko9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, except where required by law or regulatory authority.

7. Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the pko9 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any discrepancy between the game display and the pko9 server records, the server records shall be the definitive record of all game outcomes.

pko9 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are random and fair. Game Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published and available upon request. pko9 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pko9 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or are otherwise ineligible under these Terms.
• Opening or operating more than one pko9 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pko9 staff or other players via any communication channel.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Suspension by pko9

pko9 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pko9 reasonably believes that: (a) the player has violated these Terms; (b) the player's account has been compromised or is being used fraudulently; (c) continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to pko9; or (d) pko9 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

9.2 Closure by Player

You may close your pko9 account at any time by contacting pko9 support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification requirements.

9.3 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, all unused bonuses, free spins, and loyalty points will be forfeited. Closure does not affect any legal rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the pko9 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the exclusive property of pko9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pko9.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pko9 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or computer damage.

pko9's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pko9 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy and Data

pko9 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering a pko9 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

pko9 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the Platform services.

13. Responsible Gaming

pko9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of problem gambling among its players. pko9 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your pko9 account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the pko9 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact pko9 support in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. pko9 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

15. Amendments to These Terms

pko9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pko9 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
